Ajilon's client wanted to assess business recovery capabilities for its key information systems and infrastructure in the event of a short and long term interruption. This large government department is responsible for the orderly licensing and management of Mineral Titles, Petroleum Titles, Dangerous Goods, and Mine Safety, in addition to a number of whole of state resource and business development activities.

As a result of assessment of government agencies by the Auditor General, the client also wanted to develop a high level disaster recovery strategy to serve as a guide for staff to recover key ICT facilities and services. This supported planned equipment upgrades to infrastructure and service reinforcement. Ajilon provided:
