Our Client, a federal regulator of company and financial services laws, undertook an extensive review of its existing information technology architecture to establish a strategic framework more closely aligned with their changing business and regulatory model.

Over the course of the year, we worked closely with our Client to assess the current and future business environment, develop the potential Enterprise Architecture and identify how the transformation would take place. Our roadmap, incorporated with the business case was then submitted to federal treasury, to fund the development of the programme of initiatives.

On its approval, we worked with our Client, contributing to their long-term vision by providing an architecture that supports their new business processes and provides readily accessible information to its stakeholders, companies and regulators.
