Ajilon Supports Healthy Corporate Culture

Ajilon's client is the largest health insurance provider in Western Australia with over 900,000 members and more than 800 staff to support them. In order to aid staff retention, the intention of the client's intranet was to provide staff with a single source of information and to help the staff located across its 20 branches feel part of the corporate culture.

Ajilon's client is Western Australia's major health and general insurer with over one million members and $½ billion in revenue. It provides a large range of financial, insurance, and membership products.

This client's prime business strategy is one of diversification whereby it seeks to cross-sell related insurance and other financial products to its large member base.

 
Integration and Migration

When a major financial services organisation grew via acquisition, Ajilon was engaged to project manage all aspects of the integration and migration of the newly merged customer accounts systems both locally and internationally.

 
Double the Value

Ajilon introduced a Value Management Framework for a large financial services organisation to manage a portfolio of strategic projects.

In 2005, Ajilon entered into a tenured Integrated Management Agreement with our Client, the largest membership organisation in WA with more than one million of health, travel, home, contents and car insurance, who in the last few years has also diversified into financial services products.

 
Serving the Public

WA’s major health and general insurer wanted a truly community-focused information web site.  Ajilon helped out with a major upgrade to the site's infrastructure and design.
